Cooking Instructions

Soak white rice noodles in a bowl of boiling water for 4 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, black pepper, and drained rice noodles to the pan.

Toss gently with tongs for 1 minute until noodles absorb the garlic-infused oil.

Serve warm.
